Oct. 28 Changes to Life in the UK requirements
So, it appears that there are new changes this week... of course the week I'm applying for my visa. If I'm reading this right, it means that the KOLL (Life in the UK) test needs to be passed for a spousal visa now? I'm assuming this can be done outside the country and it needs to be passed before the visa is granted? I'm confused. Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I saw the word "settlement" and figured it applied to me but it looks like I'm okay until I apply for my ILR.
"Individuals wishing to apply for indefinite leave to remain (referred to hereafter as settlement)"
Sorry, my eyes are crossed after going through that website so many times!
