I am not sure what visa form I need. Your help would be much appreciated

I am a British citizen working meeting the £18600+ annual income. My spouse is from Pakistan and is due to come in a weeks time to the UK on a tier 5 sports and creative temporary worker visa valid for just over 6 months.

We wanted to finally after almost 5 years of marriage apply for him to settle here with me permanently rather then us both going back and forth.

I thought a spouse visa is a SET (M) form? Not sure if I'm correct though?


I just also want to confirm that based on the above we are eligible to use the premium service so it is processed within 1 day £1493. Also if I was to go for the normal postal application would it invalidate the application as his temporary worker visa is normally long enough to cover his empoyment period here normally starting in April & ending in October.
