No sign of the judges decision after a appeal hearing

Hiya everyone,
Was woundring if someone can help me
my husbands visa was refused under the 32011 rule in december 2018
i went for the hearing on 15th july 2019 the hearing went ok, but still have not heard anything from the judge she did say ill hear something in 2to 3weeks but its the 5th week now and im still waiting
Can someone please tell me how long does it take for the judge to decide as this wait is soooooooo long
