no savings
Hello,
It's about financial requirement for spouse visa. My husband to be earns more than GBP 18,600 and he can submit P60 and bank statement for the last 6 months. However he does not have any savings in his account because he has been paying for his house renovation. In this case, would it affect the decision on my visa? Thank you for any advice in advance.

Re: no savings
Is your husband a British citizen living in the UK? If so then he meets the financial requirements to sponsor you as the savings and income requirements are alternatives.
A sponsor needs to meet at least one of the criteria, either income or savings. They don't need to meet both. So if someone meets the income requirements that alone is sufficient and there is no advantage whatsoever when sponsoring a visa to also having savings.
