Need solicitor for Spouse settlement visa

Hi,

I am looking for an immigration solicitor in the manchester area that is very familiar with the spouse settlement visa - £18,600 min income threshold. Looking to get my husbands visa done asap- he is Australian, currenty in the UK.

Thanks

Any particular reason why you would need the services of an immigration solicitor? If your Australian husband is in the UK then he'll need to return to Australia to apply for his initial spouse visa.

Is your husband in the UK currently on a visa (Ancestry, youth mobility, student etc)?

If so, then he might b able to switch into a spouse visa.

If he is in the UK just as a visitor then he needs to return to Australia and apply from there.
