Default Need advice about spouse visa

My wife applied to come to the UK with a spouse visa, however it was rejected because I did not meet the financial requirements.

I have appealed, appeal date in January,

So my questions.

After application was rejected, I recently have found a job that with rental income I have received will take me over £18,600. Will the judge take this into account? By the time the date arrives I will only have 3 slips from my new job.

Secondly, do I need a solicitor for my appeal?

If you did not meet the financial requirements then you have no grounds for appeal.

So, its a waste of time and money going through the appeal process.

You would be better off re-applying with your new financial status.
