Just looked back at both the links provided on the thread it looks like a UK degree is enough without completing an additional language test when reading both the links. Sorry, getting caught up in the wording of this....

I have provided below to fulfill English requirement
1. My Bachelor degree
2. Uk naric statement of comparability
3. Medium of instruction letter from my university
NOW i heard that instead of naric SOC another letter visa&nationality was the one to be submitted☹😖
NOW please someone let me know whether they will directly refuse the application or will they ask me to send visa&nationality letter???
it has completed 52 working days of my application and have not heard anything from UKVI till now😩
