Multiple application tracking on TLS Website
Hi,
I have a settlement application in process and could track it through TLS. Yesterday I used the same email address for another tourist application for a friend but suddenly the TLS website asked me to reset my pwd and now I can only see the tracking info for the tourist visa and no longer the settlement visa.
I asked the Sitel call centre but they said they are not managing this web site and cannot help. Any ideas on this ?
