Iam a non eu family member and I have applied for an eea family permit .they refused it because i said that i gave different names of my husband and my sponsor .its a very strange thing because i didnt i have a copy of my application form and the name written on my application I didnt write .how is it possible to happen?

Sorry .I made a mistake .you know sometimes you think the whole world has t know your full story.the visa officer in the refusal letter from British Embassy .Iam looking for an advise about it .i have the right to appeal but it will take long time while iam in a hurry to join my husband and children in UK.

iput my hudband name as a sponsor but in the refusal letter there was a different name.

Such a pity you did not keep a copy of your application form! That would have provided excellent evidence for appeal or review.

I have a copy of application .you know something .I faced the hardest situation in my life .my husband .my family they blamed me till i showed them my application ,but the worst part is i couldnt tell my children till now .

Appeal process is a long procedure.I wonder if its possible to appeal and reapply at the same time.

It seems so unfair that the OP would have to pay again if reapplying. Isn't there a provision for review rather than appeal? Or complain! This appears not to be the OP's fault at all.

I have sent my application copy and the refusal letter to the immigration complaints .but the only options is to appeal or reapply .I prefer to reapply because its faster than going into long appeal procedure.its not my fault at all .I hope this will never happen again to any other applicant.Ipassed hard time with my family because my husband and children were waiting for me and now we have all this stressful situation .
