Moving back to the UK, USC wife to follow later?
Hi there,
I've been in the US for two and a half years since moving to the US to marry my wife, we've been married for two years now. We want to move back to the UK, I will need to return first and my wife will follow at some point ideally within six months.
Can anyone help with the process for doing this, or advise if it's a problem to return separately in this manner?

With her Spouse visa you can return together or she can follow you. I don't think she can go ahead of you.
