Monetary deed of gift for spose visa
Hi,
My mother wants to make a gift of money to me and so has to download the template for a "Monetary Deed of Gift" from the web. She cannot see the form until it has been paid for so can anybody tell me if I, as the donee, will have to sign the Deed in the presence of witnesses or if it can be prepared and witnessed without my signature and then be posted to me ?
We are doing this for the money she is going to "park" in my bank account for the UK spouse visa. Thank you
