Has anyone got their visa after the 20th of October 2017 ?

And I would also like to know
Those who received the 31 October blanket email if anyone of them got their visa yet.

Spouse visa: Non priority
Biometric done: Philippines 22 June 2017
Documents received by UKVI Sheffield: 4 July 2017
Received 31st Oct email: 25th September
Decision made text from VFS: Today - 24th October

80th working days today. Husband did not receive decision has been made email from HO.

UPDATE:
Went to VFS yesterday and got my passport. Visa valid on 30th October. Hang in there guys, will be praying for you all.
