Married to bristish man and now 5 months pregnant.
I have some question to ask and hopefully somebody can help me and can give me some ideas,my husband and i were dating for five years he then visited me in here(philippines) once a year or there were time that twice a year,and finally he come out here last december 11 2017 ang we get married last january 04,2018 and i am now five months pregnant,as of now my husband financial statement is not very stable he is in uk working to support and provide our daily need while i am here in my country he suppoted me since were dating,so now my question is how can he get me to the uk if we cant provide the documents needed for processing like banks statements etc. Is there anyway i can visit him in the uk instead?how?and also can the baby get a british passport when i give birth,?is there any thing baby can get from the british government?well those are some question running kn my mind hope there is anybody could help me and give me ideas thank you so much.

1. If your husband cannot fulfill the financial requirements then he cannot sponsor you for a settlement visa
2. Being pregnant and with a husband in the UK may raise doubts as to you returning to the Phillipines. You could get refused. Having said that there is nothing stopping you from applying for a visitor visa.
3. When child is born then you can apply for a British passport for him/her

Another suggestion - if he does not meet the financial requirement, as a British Citizen, he can move to another country within the EU and you can apply for an EEA family permit to join him in that EU country.

your husband need to show he earning 18,600, (22,400 when you have child) or more..or he can show savings for 6 months.
