Marriage Notification - Phil Embassy
 

I intend POSTING Notification of Marriage docs to Philippines Embassy rather than visiting Embassy. At bottom of Form below where we both sign it states (Seal) (Notarial Authority). Am unsure if this mean we must get signatures notarized before sending or Embassy will stamp form on receipt? Would appreciate advice from others who posted their Notification of Marriage.
