Default Land Registry Documents

Just about to apply for the UK Spouse visa, but having a slight panic. Our Land Registry Documents are the ones we applied for online which cost £3. Can these be used or do they have to be the official £7 copy? Thanks in advance!

The £3 copy is fine. I obtained both when we were submitting application for spousal visa and found the £3 copy gave more information!

When you apply for the Land Registry documents, do they have to be within 30 days of the visa application?

I am not sure if they have to but, as they are so easy to acquire, I would send a recent copy. When we apply for FLR(M) later this year, I will download a recent version to submit with our documents.
