Job offer questions- applying from overseas
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help that has experience of applying for the spouse visa from overseas. I've read the document online regarding income requirements and it says job offers can be permanent, fixed term or with an agency. However it does not say the minimum length of the fixed term contract. Can you apply with a short term temporary contract e.g. 3 months? Alternatively, does anyone have experience of applying with a letter from an agency giving estimated hours?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Re: Job offer questions- applying from overseas
So if I was offered a 12 week contract making £700 a week, would I be able to use this toward the financial requirement? It would meet the £18,600 if it was a full year salary but as it would not continue after 12 weeks would that give them reason to refuse the application?
