Has anyone applied for Isle of Man spousal visa? would love to know about your time frame and experience?

I'm a British expat, my passport is British but i did grow up on the Isle of Man, although in application process for IOM spousal visa there was no way to declare my history.

It's been almost three months and we've had no reply yet (having had biometrics middle of March). I've seen UK spousal visas already take less than three months here so i'm wondering any experience with the IOM ?

It’s been 90 days today since biometrics for wife’s spousal visa, applying from outside UK through VFS

There’s been no confirmation email or contact since giving passport. Is this normal ?

I’m wondering if phoning immigration is frowned upon and would negatively effect outcome ?

I am applying to Isle of Man spousal, but the process goes through Sheffield

Phoning is not 'frowned' upon - although can be expensive is kept hanging on......

We got accepted

Standard submission / biometrics 18th March / visa arrives today 29th June

Even though I went through the Isle of Man immigration, the visa looks exactly like any standard UK one
