Default Income requirement appeal decision soon

I was just reading an update regarding the UK governments appeal of the 18600 income requirement and it appears the case was heard on march 3-5.

Anyone else heard anything about this?

How long does it usually take for the appeals court to hand down their decision?

The Home Office appeal against Justice Blake's decision in the MM case was heard in the Upper Tribunal on March 4th and 5th.

Justices sitting the case have indicated a decision within four to eight weeks, noting time is of the essence due to the HO having placed hundreds of application on "pause" since July.

HO has also indicated it will appeal an adverse decision to the UK Supreme Court.
