ILR Super Priority - Additional Request for Document
 

Hey Everyone,

They came back with the a request for more documents (self employed) wanted to see the Dividend payments on the bank statements. Which I included but because the dividends were paid in split amounts, I've sent back the documents highlighting the amounts that add up to the dividend.

Question: Do they still respond in 24 hours after you submit secondary information ( I mean 24 hours after I submit the document or receiving it - which is via email btw)

Second Question: Once they approve, can I travel before getting the new document? Or do I have to wait until that is mailed to me?

1. They’ll usually process it as soon as provide the requested documents.

2. You should wait until you receive your BRP. If it’s super urgent and you are eligible for the ePassport gates then you could risk it but probably not a good idea in the time of Covid.

I do have epassport as I'm a US citizen.

Do you know if the offices are closed tomorrow for the holidays? Ideally 24 hours is today but I guess they will just process as fast as they can.

Today is a working day in the UK so it’s possible.
