ILR - family support from overseas
For the question, 'does a relative or friend of you or your spouse or partner (if applicable) regularly give you money?', I put 'yes' as I have some family support through regular loans from a trust.
That form is submitted but I still need to give evidence of this. I've got my dad to fill in 'part 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor'. Would a bank account statement (from NZ) showing the money going in work? I'm not sure if I'm on the right track or not here, many thanks for any advice. Cheers. |

Are you borrowing money from a family trust?

Are you showing this money from a trust to qualify under the financial requirements for ILR ...?

Yes that's correct, thanks.
I may get a letter from the accountant to explain and also show my bank account details. Any thoughts welcome, thanks! |

through regular loans from a trust ......
You won't qualify using LOAN money i.e money which you have to pay back. If the money is a regular 'allowance' payment, that would be different. How did you qualify under the financial requirements for your earlier visas? |
