I sent an email to contact given and the reply was generalised that I need to make payment if I haven't done so before. The issue is that I recieved a top up access link which gave error message top up link cancelled and all Avenue to get a new has been proving difficult. I need help asap as my deadline is Monday 14th December 2020.
