IHS fee for dependents aged below 18 Spouse visa

Hi everyone,

We are ready to submit our spouse visa app which will include my spouse and two kids.

Please advise whether the IHS fee for kids will be paid "after" the visa has been approved? I came across a few posts in which I read that the payment for children below 18 gets taken afterwards.

No IHS, no visa. You’ll need to pay before the application is approved.
