How long does appeal take?

hello our spouse visa was refused due to ECO not taking my application seriously.

we applied with 2 jobs and savings, so thats

category B: employment income
Category D: Cash savings

but the ECO ignored the category D Cash savings, only calculated the 2 jobs and said its not 18,600..they made this error.

second reason is that they claim to recieve only payslip for april, may and July 2018..in fact we sent all 6 months payslip from april to sept..another erroe by the home office.

Can any1 advise what to do? my solicitor is preparing an appeal and providing evidence of the payslips attached

how long doea appeal take and is there way to make it quicker?
thanks

Do you read any of the numerous responses you have had to your situation.?

Appeals can take up to a year (I've already told you this) and, unless your solicitor can come up with any new ideas, it will take as long as it takes.

This is your second refusal...... your first refusal went to the Tribunal and was upheld as correctly being refused.

This second application you have made with the help of a solicitor. Either your solicitor is incompetent or your financial situation is such that it is impossible to understand.

The Home Office is not playing with people's lives - sometimes people just don't present their evidence in a suitable fashion that would lead to a successful application.

We did present all the evidence clearly..provided cover letters statement, but the ECO failed to see it.. how can they claim they got 3 payslips when we got all 6 payslip back, which was inside the supporting bundle from the home office..this is clearly home office error.

You applied with 2 jobs so presumably you presented 12 payslips? 6 from each job?

Was the supporting bundle returned to you directly from the HO or via your solicitor?
