How to detect my visa is approved or rejected?

The processed visa application for GWF********was received on 8/27/2018. What does it mean?. Its mean visa is approved but if the message isThe processed Visa Application for GWF******* is ready for collection. Its mean visa application is rejected

But I've seen some people who got same types message and got this results

There's also people who get the exact same messages with the opposite result. My point is that there are no clues in these messages, neither mean that you've been successful, and neither mean that you've been refused.
