How to apply for ILR for a 19 year old

Hi everyone

My husband and Step-daughter are South African and are just about to apply for ILR in the UK.

On all previous Visa’s my Step-daughter was regarded as a Dependant of her Father, however she turned 18 in 2019 whilst holding a FLR Visa. She is attending University but still lives at home and is totally financially dependant on us. Do we apply for ILR for her as a dependant again ?

Thank you for any guidance offered.

If she’s still part of your household and financially dependent on you then she can apply as your dependant again.
