Hi Guys,
Is the phone line and email helpline exactly the same?
Is one better then the other? or will you just get the same advice from both?
Have called the helpline a few times , and was wandering if an email would be better or just the same

Email is much better and you get better feedback. Also, the payment is one off as you correspond on same trail.
