two questions

1 is i have a visa on my indian passport until november 2014, but i arrived in the uk on august 2012
2 this is where i am confused, i am after a visa for Canada and tbh i am not sure weather i have to send passport 2 years of being here which would be august 2014 or would i send it prior to my visa running out which would be november 2014

help will be greatly appreciated

my 2 year stay is up in august
my spouse visa runs out in november
now the question is would i send my passport to get the extension 2 years from date i arrived, or would it be 28 days before visa runs out?

I'm still not understanding. You're asking about a visa for Canada, so do you want a mod to move this to the Canadian immigration forum?

Where are you both now, the UK or Canada? Where are you sending your passport? What kind of Canadian visa are you applying for?

canadian visa will be a visitor visa

but the thing is to get the extension on my indian passport with the uk visa, would i do that when visa runs out, or 2 years since i been here? thats what i am not understanding either
