Help!Letter of resignation needed from employer or no objection letter from employer?
Hi,
I just wanted to clarify something, we are applying via the cash savings route... does my spouse need a letter to show that he will be resigning from the job in order for the settlement visa to look better? or a no objection letter from the employer? Pls help

If you're applying solely via cash savings then the applicant or sponsor's employment situation is irrelevant.

Thank you so much for your reply. I thought not but I got confused as on the list of supporting documents it says:
This could include:
a letter from your employer on company headed paper – detailing your
salary and the length of your employment, confirming that you have been given
time off work, and stating whether this time off is paid or unpaid
Oddly worded I guess x
