also help me with duration ( time length ) .. because when i put in 13 bi weekly payslips as per my understanding of formula to calculate gross , my period or date range is. 16 /02/18 to 03/08/18. ( arent i suppose to provide 6 months payslips )

16/02. £1220
02/03. £1220
16/03. £1220
30/03. £1220
13/04. £1220
27/04. £1220
11/05. £1220
25/05. £1160
08/06. £1220
22/06. £1220
06/07. £1220
20/07. £1220
03/08. £1220.

date range ( 16/02 to 03/18 for 13 payslips )
13 payslips = 13X2 = 26 weeks in this period ( half of 52 weeks as per year ? )

They will expect 6 months, so 16/08 will be the time, it's calendar months.

agreed , i will try to chuck in extra payslips from january february ( total of 7-8 months ) , because my latest of 03/08/18 will be within 28 days rule at point of submission..

but i would calculate my gross per anum by taking lowest income of any of my bi-weekly slip in this period and multiplying it by 26 ?

I am presuming you are non salaried.

You started work 3rd Feb; so you need to cover income to 3rd August. If your 3rd August payslips is up to an includes 3rd August then you have the payslips you need.

Add up payslips, divide by 26 and multiply by 52 to get your income.

salaried or non salaried is confusing for me . i get paid £101 gross per shift ( not per hour and no fix income ) and i do 12 shifts in one payslip period ( 2 weeks )

i get approx £1220 every two weeks , few pounds up and down ... and one of the payslip is £1160 because i took a day off without booking holiday for that day.

and i have been in this job since april 2017 , i have last years P60 as well .

i clearly meet £18,600 threshold.. its js so technical
