Getting nervous and confused about spousal visa regarding documentation work
I have completed my online application for spousal visa on 22/04/2019, my biometric is on 02/05/2019.
With the help of our solicitor we fill standard service, he said for priority service I will have to pay at vfs centre.
I have following queries please help me out.
1) previously I have Indian passport recently i renounced it and submit my old passport to embassy.
now I am applying from my new Nepali passport.
I already give details of my old Indian passport on application form.
should I submit photocopies of my old Indian passport also along with my application.
2) my wife is sponsor, can she submit all supporting original documents at UK herself on behalf of me?
3) if we applied for priority service then how much time it will take for decision.

You applied with your Indian passport when you had already given up your Indian citizenship?

So which passport details did you give on your application form?

I have applied by my Nepali passport and give details of Indian passport as old one.
requesting you please guide whether it will affect my application or not.

If you gave the details of your Nepali passport as your primary passport on your application form and you will submit the same passport at the VAC then I can’t see that being a problem.
Whether your wife can submit all her supporting documents directly to Sheffield will depend on how exactly applications are currently being processed in the country where you are applying.
Likewise how long your application will take to process, even when paying priority, will depend on your country of citizenship, submission and your circumstances.
