FLR questions
Hello eveyone
this forum was instrumental in helping me successfully apply for my Spouse visa in 2018.
Now I am hoping I can get help to apply for my visa extension.
My visa expires in end june 2021 and I am planning to apply for extension in may 2021.
Are the below documents correct?
Proof of cohabitation
1. Joint
- tenancy agreeements
- joint bank account statements
2. Mine
- bank statement
- credit card statement
- Some work pension documents
my spouse
- bank statements
- phone bills
- water/utility bills
our residence
we were living in like london till oct 2019, but moved in with my in laws after an unexpected death in the family. We have tenancy agreements from our time in London, what would we need for proof of accommodation while living with my in laws?
Financial Proof
-6 months Payslips and corresponding bank statements
- employment contract from Spouse employer
- letter confirming employment from Spouse employer
English language certificate from an approved test centre
i am concerned that the proof of co-habitation will be insufficient, as we don't have joint bills, all the bills were in my husband's name and now that we are living with the inlaws, we only have our bank and credit card statements. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
thank you
