FLR - priority & super priority service
Hi All
1: Has anyone any information regarding timeline for reopening of the super priority and priority service? I will assume they will be shut for the foreseeable given the nightmare we are all in. No info on gov.uk website other than to say they are suspended. Our application will be submitted in early May, I'd say things should be better by then and perhaps priority service restarted, but I've lived through the last year and don't believe that for one second.
2: I've posted previously about this, I used a lawyer last time for the initial visa, she has a 3 grand fee to do FLR for us. I need to decide if I should use her or do myself. Can people give me an idea of how hard it was to do it yourself please so i can try to decide! I suppose if no priority service available I'd be saving money there which i could put towards a lawyer.
3: Can we travel while an application is submitted? assume not, i see horrible wait times from looking on the forum - are these anomalies or a general trend? - 6 months plus, my wife's mum is not well, she hasn't seen her for almost 2 years
Thankyou - RB

1. Don't know
2. You asked this question last year and was advised that if you have no problems with your application (accommodation, finances and relationship) then do it yourself Thousands have
3. Once you have submitted and had you biometrics, no. Especially once your BRP has expired.

Re: FLR - priority & super priority service
1. Both are now available again in the UK.
2. That's a lot. Personally I use the free advice available on this forum and put the money towards a Priority service.
3. No. If you leave the UK whilst an application is under consideration then it is automatically withdrawn and you'll have to start again from scratch. Pay for Priority processing if you want to ensure you can travel as soon as restrictions are lifted.

Re: FLR - priority & super priority service
Has anyone recently applied on an FLR (M) and used the super priority service? I think the list of categories allowed to do so has recently been updated as i think FLR(M) is now included which is great if true!
