Default FLR(M) Salary change (though both amounts qualify)

Hi all, thanks for all the help so far. I'm helping my wife renew our visa and we're nearly there — last question for now I think:

I got a salary raise on May 1st, so I'm short just one month's payslip/bank statement at that rate. However, I still qualified at the previous salary. Am I still OK to apply under Category A? (With same employer at rate specified in 7.3a (xiv) for 6 months continuously.)

Here's what I'm thinking of putting:
7.3: State current salary, tick category A.
7.3a (xiv) Provide dates on current salary and dates on previous salary.
8B Explain the situation.

Does that sound reasonable?

Sounds fine to me. If the lower salary is still higher than the threshold and it's with the same employer then it doesn't really matter.

Thanks, BritInParis, that makes sense.
