Default FLR(M) - Fees

After applying and paying for my wife's visa I was quite shocked at the total cost of the application. I'm already looking ahead a couple of years at the FLR(M) and I just wanted to ensure that as it stands today, I would need to pay:

[1] £19.20 fee for the extension
[1] £1560 IHS fee (£624/year x 2.5 years)

Is this accurate? is there anything else to pay? I just want to make sure I budget for this so it doesn't come as a shock.

Yes.... the fee for the visa itself:

Visa Application Fees
Firstly, applying for a spouse visa from inside the UK, otherwise known as FLR M, would cost £1033.

Try £1033 for the extension. £19.20 is the biometrics fee.

Ouch Okay. good to know...I'll add an £90/month line in the budget so that doesn't creep up on me.
