FLR(M) Cohabitation Documents Query

Hi,

I am getting my cohabitation documents in order. I would like to know, if I can use internet bank statements, Internet credit card statements and internet utility statements. Or would these need to be sent in the post.

Thank you for your responses

Personally, i don't see any reason for these being frowned upon provided resembles to original ones (which most often is the case) while not saying explicitly as are online versions. Academically, there are several ancient guidance which belongs prior to the inception of UKVCAS whereby these need to be either stamped or accompanied with a letter of ethnicity but in my view these have been trumped by the UKVCAS latest guidance which generously allows online documents if are in pdf/jpg format.

As per the guidance you should still be supplying originals or stamped print-offs even though you are now scanning them.

You provide documents (preferable with joint names?spaced evenly of say every 3 to 4 month for the 2.5 year period.
You provide documents which prove you and spouse/partner have lived together over the 2.5 year period.

Re: FLR(M) Cohabitation Documents Query

What about tenancy agreement/mortgage documents; insurance policies, utility bills, (either joint or in individual names)

Provisional driving licence does not show living together, not unless you have other documents showing joint cohabit at same address.
