FLR M Cohabitation checklist

My wife and daughter will be applying for their FLR M on May 2021, I just wanted to make sure that I have documents right.
May 2019 - Bank Statement
Sept 2019 - Bank Statement
Jan 2020 - NHS Letter
May 2020 - Bank Statement
Sept 2020 - Bank Statement
Jan 2021 - Bank Statement
May 2021 - Phone bill
Will there be any problems with this? We have other letters from the NHS
June 2019 NHS Letter
Dec 2019 - NHS Letter
Oct 2020 - NHS Letter

Proof of cohabitation? None of the above proves you're living there really, maybe add in council tax bills or similar?

Are these joint letters?
Phone bill, if for mobile phone, is not good evidence
No insurance documents, tenancy/mortgage docs, credit card bills etc
