Can somebody please explain?
me and my partner are currently living with family so we don't have any letters in our names jointly. We have 1 bank account which is joint. Apart from this, we of course have letters in our sole names under the same address. Will this suffice or do we need letters in our names jointly?

For proof of cohabitation. Are photographs needed? What else is needed?

Where do the documents need to be submitted?

do I again need to submit my marriage certificates?

No photographs do not prove cohabitation.
If only a joint bank account you need to provide 6 pieces of documentation each, from 3 different sources to prove you have both lived at the same address.
Yes you need to submit your marriage certificate again.

You will need either 6 joint or 12 separate letters each for you and your spouse evenly spaced over 2 year. Since you already have one joint source, you can combine with separate letters. Seniors can confirm how many separate letters would be needed.

Sources could be anything such NHS, HMRC letters or Utility bills etc
