FLR Accommodation potential issue

I and my wife rent on an intermediate rent scheme, and it is a rolling monthly contract with abri. However, on the tenancy, it states " This is a tenancy for an initial term of six months starting on 21/09/2020 (“the start date”) It will then continue as a monthly periodic assured shorthold tenancy until you or we bring it to an end. You are planning to stay in the property for three years, although you do not have a legal right to remain in the property for this length of time". Will this cause an issue with the accommodation requirement? We are applying at the start of March so it would not be enough time to find a new property and get a new tenancy agreement.

That won’t be an issue.

In that you won’t need a housing report if it’s just the two of you on the tenancy agreement.
