Hi everyone looking for answer about financial requirements for spouse visa. Need help!! Back in UK in January after 1.5 years living in Ukraine get married in Ukraine. From January 2015 working as a self employed. Decided to apply for visa but short period financial year ending in April. Can be added time from April or I need to wait until next April? And what is my chances to meet financial requirement. Thanks everyone

It reads as needing at least a full tax year under Section 9 of the financial requirements, which will be April 2016 at the earliest for self employed and your taxes will need to be paid early for the that tax year. UKVI check with HMRC.
