Hi

My partner has moved from USA on a fiance visa, which we met the requirements easily. We have now married but to add to the issues I got made redundant 2 months ago and still trying to find work. However he does meet the financial requirements with his military pension. Is this going to cause us massive problems. We have a house we are renting and could if needed provide a family member to go as a guarantor....we are both actively seeking employment and have emails to back this up.

Any advice would be great.
