Financial requirement - mortgage/ remortgage

Hiya, I am on spouse visa and my husband own the house we are living in outright. My visa is about to extend in 9 months and he is thinking of re-mortgage the house and use the money to fulfill the requirement of £62,500 coz he doesn't want to ask for a proof from his employer for some reasons. Would it be seen as a loan or 'mortgage on a residential property'?

Many thanks

It's both - it's a loan and 'mortgage on residential property'
It would not be acceptable as savings.
