Fiancé visa to Spouse visa help
Hi Guys,
My fiancé visa was approved and now I'm in UK, wedding booked in a couple of weeks. Now I'm looking into the spouse visa application and hoping to submit it in early Jan. As the system changed recently there are a few things I'm unsure of and would be grateful for any advice.
1. For the Fiancé visa I took the A1 English test, I read some where that now I need A2. Is that correct?
2. I've been in UK less than a month and have been franticly gathering proof of address in both our names, so far we've got 4 letters. Is 6 letter's strictly enforced? It's seems like it's going to be a struggle.
3. We were planning on going for the same day service, is that still available?
4. Any advice on the new system would be helpful!
