family visa for my 2nd wife and child
Hi,
I am UK citizen and applying family visa for my wife and child from outside UK. I got divorce with my 1st wife and my second marriage was happened after I got the divorce papers only. But I was living together with my 2nd wife before I got divorce (i.e. after mutual consent divorce petition filed), so my child birth date is just 3 months after my 2nd marriage date. Will it be an issue for my wife/child visa application?
