I applied for my wife and 2kids to come to UK under family reunion application on 21/12/2018 and until today I didn't get the reply.
I am really struggling and do not know what to do or to contact who.

Please help me for this issue

There might be someone here who can help but I think you are probably in the wrong place. Most on here are British nationals who are living and working abroad. In the first instance you should perhaps Google for UK settlement visa questions and support. I'm sure there are groups in UK who can answer your concerns but not likely to be in the Middle East section of a UK expat message board.
