Exemption for Knowledge of Language and life UK
This is my first posting and I would be very grateful for advice. My husband will soon have to apply for ILR - he is spouse of British citizen having entered on spouse visa in 2013 and got FLR in 2016. He will be 67 at his next application and, from my research this makes him exempt for both English language and KoLL test. Would someone be kind enough to confirm this and, if he applies for naturalisation, does this apply then too?
Many thanks and hope someone can help.

Being 65 and over means exemption from both the English language requirement and the Life in the UK test for both ILR and naturalisation.
