Exclamation EU Settlement Scheme now open

The EU Settlement Scheme has now opened on a test basis. The scheme will be fully open by 30 March. I would encourage all EU citizens resident in the UK and their non-EU dependents to apply as soon as possible for settled or pre-settled status. If you already hold an EEA Permanent Residence document then you will be able to convert this to settled status free of charge.

The Prime Minister has just announced that the £65 fee will be scrapped and thus applying for settled status will now be free for all applicants.
