English Language certificate Question
 

Hello,

My wife's extension spouse visa is coming up. I was wondering if she can do the B1 exam and use it for her settlement in 2.5 years as well? Because they are only valid for 2 years by the time the settlement comes about it will be expired. I read that on some places on the internet you can use it if you have used it in a visa application before but I couldn't find anything on the home office website.
