Default Employer letter point

I am getting my Employer letter done tomorrow, but have a problem with what to put for 'gross annual salary'.
If I only worked there for 10 months, and in my last 6 months I earned 10,000 (meets minimum requirement), do they write that my gross annual salary is 20,000?
Thanks..

Not if you are un-salaried. They put your hourly/weekly (or whatever) rate, plus hours you are contracted to work if any, plus any overtime information if applicable.

Thanks. So I don't need to put 'gross annual salary' anywhere, or how much I earned since I started 10 months ago? Just what I was paid in the 6 months that I'm relying on to meet the minimum income? I assume I only need to put this 'gross annual salary' in Appendix 2 form?

The letter states what I said in my earlier posting. If your employer is OK with stating what you have earned in the past 6 months, then do so. Appendix 2 is where you provide the evidence of your earnings..
