EEA family visas - question

Hi, I am a British citizen (by birth) living in Australia with my Australian husband. We want to relocate to the UK. Is an EEA family visa an option for us if I were to relocate to the UK first and then have him join me afterwards? Sorry I’m not across the details of this type of visa, I wanted a “sanity” check from this great forum!
thank you

Re: EEA family visas - question

Not unless you move to another EU/EEA country with your husband to live for a significant amount of time first. Google ‘Surinder Singh’ for more information.
