Does sole responsibility affect me?

Hello all.

I'm not sure about sole responsibility and how it affects my case.

Been married for 10 years, marriage broke down and we divorced. Courts awarded me full custody. Months later I remarry (we had known each other before my marriage ended but nothing developed until after the divorce). Now i want to join my new spouse in the UK. My ex doesn't mind and is willing to provide a notarized consent letter in addition to court documents showing I have full custody. Do I still need to prove sole responsibility and if yes, how? I'm a big confused. Just came across it online and it's making me a bit worried.

Thank you

Yes it does. How much involvement does the father of your child have in his or her upbringing?

Very involved. We were married for 10 years and lived together. We only just separated months ago. While I have custody, he does see her and takes care of all her finances. Both grandmothers are late, both grandfathers are aged and she's an only child who has always lived with the two of us until the marriage dissolved and she moved in with me. He is willing to give a notarized letter of consent though.
